If a subprogram has details that are “Inherited From General”, any time you make changes to the general program details, the subprogram details will automatically update. If a subprogram’s details are “Modified From General”, the details will not be updated when changes to the general program details are made.

Yes! Navigate to the Subprograms page and click Add Subprogram to create a new subprogram. Once published, applicants who qualify will be automatically added to the new subprogram.

A sub-program does not require any additional questions to be answered by the applicant (l.e. All required questions have been asked on the general application). An application form does not exist for a sub-program, but you can establish qualifications. Applications that qualify for an auto-apply program will be automatically set to the status of Complete and stage of Pending Contributor Submissions.
