With Kaleidoscope, launching a scholarship program is easy, and we help you through the whole process:
- Create and design your application – Determine if you’d like to leverage Kaleidoscope or Kaleidoscope Scholarship Fund to run your program. Build flexible forms with smart question types, pick lists, and logic that adapts to applicant responses. Our team helps you design questions that attract and engage the right students.
- Collect recommendations – Applicants can request recommendations, and contributors submit directly through Kaleidoscope, keeping everything in one secure platform.
- Set up your scoring rubric – Establish a consistent, equitable framework for evaluation and assign applications to reviewers, who can log in and access their assignments instantly.
- Reviewing and selecting recipients – Either you can do this, or we can do this dependent on your Kaleidoscope or KSF designation. Easily locate applications, use redaction tools for fair evaluation, and streamline selection with automated scoring and reporting.
