Minneapolis, MN, February 6, 2024 Kaleidoscope, the leading Full-Cycle Scholarship Platform, driving education-based philanthropy, has announced the hiring of Andie Ostrowski, VP, Marketing, to accelerate its growth plan. With almost 10 years of experience in developing impactful go-to-market strategies for various SaaS-based organizations, Ostrowski brings a wealth of expertise to Kaleidoscope’s dynamic team.

Kaleidoscope’s cloud-based fintech platform enables organizations to fund, design, administer, and host beautifully branded scholarship and grant programs. Notably, the platform has recently introduced a comprehensive disbursement solution to streamline fund allocation. Along with this, it includes advanced AI and plagiarism detection capabilities. These features proactively safeguard against fraudulent practices, including the use of tools like ChatGPT in scholarship applications.

“Kaleidoscope’s journey of innovation continues as we welcome aboard Andie Ostrowski, a leader with a vision for growth and excellence, aligning seamlessly with our core values,” said Jason Von Bank, CEO of Kaleidoscope. “Her wealth of experience, energy, and dedication will propel us forward as we continue revolutionizing education-based philanthropy and our world-class platform.”

Ostrowski most recently led marketing at Human Powered Health, the first all-encompassing experience for assessing and improving health and human performance. She joined Human Powered Health via its acquisition of TeamGenius, the leading software platform for youth sports player evaluations, where she also served as the marketing leader. Prior to joining TeamGenius, Ostrowski held several marketing roles at SportsEngine. SportsEngine was acquired by Comcast / NBCUniversal in 2016 and continues to operate as the amateur sports division of NBC Sports. Additionally, Andie Ostrowski has been actively involved in the community by serving as a volunteer coach for the Special Olympics, a board member for local youth soccer organizations, and as an official mentor for business school students at her alma mater, The University of North Dakota.

With the strategic addition of Ostrowski, Kaleidoscope is poised to redefine the landscape of education-based philanthropy. The company remains committed to empowering organizations, donors, and applicants through seamless and efficient technology and processes. In the coming months, Kaleidoscope plans to introduce a range of new products and services. These will include a unified communication platform, enhanced trust and safety features, and premium service offerings.
